The wii fit is a ton of fun, my only complaint is the insulting way that it tells you if it "thinks" you haven't used it enough. May I suggest a foam roller for sore muscles from shoveling and/or new activity? It can help with things like cramps and knots and helps get circulation going when you've stiffened up after activity. My only other post workout mainstay is avocado for all the potassium :)
