Crush Meme's Demise and SUVs

First of all, the crush meme of doom is dead. I'm reminded of a Heinelin quote: "Your enemy is never a villain in his own eyes. Keep this in mind, it may offer a way to make him your friend. If not, you can kill him without hate--and quickly."

Secondly, at one point I made a comment about feeling about the people who pay for this meme similarly to how I feel about people who drive SUVs. lachesis (an SUV owner) asked for clarification of this comment. Which got me to thinking about my opinion on the subject in general. . .
