The more I interact with IBM/Lenovo, the more I'm loving them. This is why Big Blue has stuck around for so long despite the way computer tech has changed since they started selling mainframes. I was preparing myself for this to be a painful process, but it was really simple and easy. I wonder if I can extend the warranty. . .
