No, when I'm pregnant my stomach openly declares war, rather than subtly driving me insane. At least in the first month or so. Maybe after that it would get subtle again. At least subtle for me - I did frequently drink a concoction of orange juice, fruit punch, and chocolate milk back in the day ;P.
