He's a computer-oriented (hardware and software) customer support guy who recently got laid off when his previous employer failed to complete an expected merger. Don't suggest working for Comcast, he did that for a while but the sales quota drove him up a wall (yes, their customer support folks have sales quotas. Wicked retahded).
