Shark does make some sweet helmets. That one appears to be at the low end of what they make, though. The one thing that jumps out at me but it is that it has plastic shell instead of composite. All of the best helmets are composite. That's not to say it isn't a decent helmet, but it is definitely a step down from what you are currently weaaring.
