Daily Exercise: Day 3-5

The drama of the weekend completely shot my exercise plans to hell - all I did was stand around a bridal shop for two hours trying on bridesmaid dresses on Saturday and maybe 10 minutes of shoveling and ice-picking yesterday (I did nothing at all on Friday, that I can recall). When I get home from work I get back on the wagon, er, stationary recumbent bike - it's a Cardio day!
